3 Bedroom House in Groß Holum, Neuharlingersiel
Quiet location and yet close to the variety of offers of the spa Neuharlingersiel! The Warf-Eck house offers you a lovingly furnished holiday home with:
- approx. 900 square meters of lawn
- a private garage with ample parking space
- 6 bicycles in different sizes
- a 5 meter high swing and a sandpit in the garden
- One terrace in front and one behind the house
- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
- Washing machine and dryer
Our house is set up for 4-5 people and has been used by us for 3 generations. It offers every conceivable comfort, inside and outside!
In the house are on the ground floor:
- separate, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, dishwasher, electr. Kitchen appliances, pressure cookers etc.
- bright bathroom with vanity, shower cubicle and toilet
- Living room with dining area, television and music system, a large window and patio door directly into the huge garden
- a double bedroom (including a safe) and a single bedroom (all beds equipped with adjustable slatted frames and 7-zone cold foam mattresses).
A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find:
- Large living room for 2 people with its own TV (satellite system)
- desk with office chair
- Washroom with vanity and toilet
The house has enough bed linen, table linen, terry towels and kitchen towels so that you can plan your holiday luggage elsewhere or lighten it accordingly.
Outside, under the pulled-down roof, there is the laundry room with a second refrigerator, washing machine, electric tumble dryer and a clothes dryer for drying laundry from the beautiful North Sea air.
A central heating system ensures cozy warmth in the house in any weather.
In addition, the large living room window provides a kilometer-wide view of the fertile marsh plain. In the fields in front of it, in addition to numerous bird species, deer can be observed again and again.
About 400m from the house, one of the fish-rich shallow depths runs through the field landscape. The water has little current and is ideal for swimming and rubber dinghy; but also for fishing (maps are available from the spa association).
The nearer and further surroundings with many historical cities offer attractive and interesting excursion destinations, which you can reach by bike (free of charge) or by car.
Neuharlingersiel itself is a recognized spa with many offers such as the beach and the beautiful cutter harbor.
During the season, new attractions such as B. Harbor festivals, cutter regattas etc. provided variety in the entertainment of the guests. The culinary fish specialties (and numerous other dishes) can be enjoyed in various restaurants. A very good restaurant, well known far beyond the local borders and therefore well frequented (strongly recommended during the season, is only 200 m away from our house as the crow flies.
In addition, the strong and spicy North Sea air, especially in autumn, winter and spring, is recommended by doctors as particularly medicinal. A cure is certainly even more effective if you can return to the familiar tranquility of a cozy holiday home after a walk or treatment.
