This waterfront modern lake house is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life! This home was recently completely renovated and is the perfect combination of cozy and modern. Family friendly with a full kitchen, bunk room and an assortment of books and board games. It is located in the safe and secure gated community. Our boat house with a deck on the water is another perfect place to fish, relax and unwind. Perfect to relax and view sunrise/sunset!
Whether you are looking to relax and unwind or looking for a scenic backdrop to work from, this place is what you need. We are so proud of this home and know that you will love it too. The beautiful lakehouse is two stories with a gorgeous kitchen and living space, coffee and tea bar, three bedrooms and a spacious luxurious bathroom. The bottom floor is a cozy studio that has a custom-made Murphy bed, full luxurious bathroom, living space with a sleeper sofa, coffee and tea bar, mini fridge and laundry room. The large windows showcases the spectacular view of the lake, instantly providing a calming atmosphere. The gently roaring fire is perfect for cozying up with a good book or a romantic dinner.
Everything you might need for a relaxing trip is supplied in this home. Soft plush towels, comfy bedding and a smart TV with complementary Netflix, Hulu, ESPN and Disney+. Full access to the lake for fishing and kayaking! We provide fishing rods, kayak and life vests. We also provide a high chair, pack and play, baby toys and fun board games.

Summary: I was unaware the house is in gated community. Guess I didn’t read that so it was difficult with having family come to visit. There were a lot of spiderwebs on railing and all around the house. The inside was clean. Had a problem with the upstairs living area ac but it got fixed 2 days after arrival. We had a great time over all just some things I wish I would have done more research on before booking. The host was quick to respond to any problems we had and address it quickly. My grandchildren loved the easy access to lake and the pool. It was nice to have a place to tie boat up while we were there.
