Summary: The 2br home was perfect for two couples. I beautifully renovated old home. Bathrooms were fashionable and functional. Great shower. Great kitchen. Like staying in and old charming farm house but walking distance to State Street restaurants and West Beach. With bikes never need a car. And the backyard was great for entertaining. We BBQ'd for a few friends in a secluded backyard after taking a hot tub under the palm trees. I can't say enough about what a nicely kept and situated home this is. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. You can tell she has put a lot of love into the home. Her craftsmanship of this place is superb. Yes, close to freeway, but it's never an issue. Surprisingly. Dream home in dream town.
