Charming 3 bedroom 1.5 baths chalet within walking distance to Lake Huron beaches, boardwalk and trails. Spacious loft area has a queen bed, full/twin trundle bed and a private half bath. A futon for additional sleeping space is in the living room.
Deck, gas grill, fire pit all surrounded by beautiful woods and wild life. Located in the Lakewood Shores community on Cedar Lake in Oscoda near the Au Sable River, Lake Huron and 330 miles of hiking trails. This cozy home has soaring ceilings, natural light, ample sleeping space; gather on the spacious deck to end your evenings with a bonfire in your private wooded surroundings.

Newly renovated in 2019. All new interior with brand new furnishings and linens. New deck and porches.
Gorgeous wooded backyard with views for bird watching. Also a deer or two might show up together with Rocky the raccoon, but he keeps his distance. Squirrels and other wildlife for your happy viewing.
Property is sprayed for bugs twice each summer for your comfort so hopefully you don’t have to fight off those annoying mosquitoes and bugs.

Summary: This property is immaculate in every way. The host was very responsive to every communication. Every detail was accounted for here. The home was SUPER clean and well-kept inside and out. The beds were super comfortable as well. Easy to find, great location to be able to visit nearby cities and attractions. I highly recommend getting up at least one morning and taking the short trip to a beach and watch the sunrise, it was beyond stunning! Fun fact: standing outside especially in the morning you can hear the waves of the lake in the distance. My family and I didn't want to leave, it felt like home in every way.
