Bran new, Luxury unit. with your own private - Resort, oasis yard. Located: Just a 9-mile hike from your front door down through Penasquitos Canyon to the beach sands of Torrey Pines and Del Mar surf. because of the location, come 4:00pm a cool ocean breeze travels up the canyon into your home. It is in a quiet neighborhood, very safe, plenty of extra parking with a very nice community pool. Also, there is a beautiful park only 8 minutes' walk from your door, this is where Trail head for the best hiking in San Diego starts. The canyon has year-round steams, wooden path bridges and a magnificent waterfall.
We live in San Diego, so I tried to create a resort like feeling to the yard for outdoor living. Although the home is stunning, I like to say the best room in the house is outside.
The location is ideal, it is close to shops, every type of food you can imagine, supermarkets, movie theater, if you have an electric bike the beach is just a few minutes ride away. or (14 minutes by car). YOU MUST LOOK AT THE CANYON PHOTO's just a few minutes' walk from your yard.
Space
This is important because: IT IS NOT A TWO BEDROOM - it has a large loft, which gives you an additional room, it can be used as an office, art room, playroom, storage and it has a large extra closet. The unit boasts - Window lighting, high ceilings throughout. Vaulted ceilings, in kitchen / living room and loft. The architecture is amazing. The main closet / laundry room are a work of art. But the best part of this Executive style living is; The outside room/yard..! It is lit up like a resort, it is Wow.

One of the prime destinations of the world is Del Mar and Torrey Pine Beach.... From your front door to the beach sand - 9 miles....You can take the electric bike in 15 minutes to the beach "San Diego's best hiking trail" is an 8-minute walk from your front door and it goes all the way to the beach. If you are adventurous... Just 10 miles inland from the ocean, in perhaps the most perfect location for: Quiet, very safe neighborhood, next to everything you need. Truly a remarkable location.
