Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Once I got the elevator code and the door code it worked out, but I had to make several calls to get that information.
Negative: It was a little stressful not being able to check in earlier; I had to sit in my car and do my work for a few hours which was not ideal. I had hoped to check in early and get settled and gave the property 3 days notice of my flight changes. They were good otherwise and I appreciate the help.
