Spacious accommodation in a peaceful neighborhood for family and friends to make memories in a great location. Two living rooms allow for adults to hang out in one while they can see into the other living room (game room) through glass windows that create a sound barrier where kids or other family and friends can hang out simultaneously. The vaulted ceiling in the main living area and the Master suite add to the comfort and lodge feel! A spacious kitchen allows many to enjoy the food prep process together. Come laugh, rest and get quality time in with easy access to Loop 289, restaurant row and great shopping nearby. We are 9 minutes from Texas Tech, 5 minutes from South Plains Mall, about 2 minutes from United Grocery Store. From our location with easy access to the loop (minus the noise as you are several blocks away) you can get to pretty much anywhere in Lubbock in 10-15 minutes. The South Side is one of the most peaceful and safe places in town! Milwaukee road (about 5 minutes away) also boasts a ton of culinary choices and a great Walmart! For HEB lovers, its just shy of 10 minutes away as well!
