The property is set along a beautiful clear mountain river with several perfect deep swimholes and waterfalls to play in. A hot tub, picturesque stream-fed swimming pond and lush planted landscape accompany wildflower meadows and mixed forests.
The estate living spaces are spread across two houses about 70 yards apart. The Main house has 6 bedrooms, two large living rooms and massive chefs/entertaining/eat-in kitchen. The Barnhouse has two bedrooms and two separate sleeping lofts. Along with its own living, eating and kitchen areas.
The property is perfect for hiking, running, snowshoeing, ski touring, XC Ski access -- all right from the back porch! There is approximately 1500 acres of working maple sugar farm (a "sugarbush").
