The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and taking the bus to the ski resorts. Keystone Resort is just 9 miles away and is a short drive or bus ride away. The condo is also located close to highway I70 for easy access to other area attractions such as Copper Resort, Buena Vista for summer rafting, or Rocky Mountain National Park.
The heart of the home is the open floor plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen has an island with seating for 3 and ample prep space. Next to the island is a dining table with seating for 4 persons so the cook won't be left alone! The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. Everything needed to cook and prepare meals will be found in the cupboards including space to store your groceries. The living area is centered around a gas fireplace perfect for an evening with hot chocolate. A large smart flat screen TV with sound bar sets the stage for entertainment and music needs. When the weather beckons, step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the sunshine and mountain view.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the front of the condo. The master is at the end of the hall with an en-suite bathroom and king bed. The master bath had his and hers sinks and a stand up shower.The guest room has a captains bunk bed with a twin trundle that will sleep 4 people. There is a a twin on the top bunk, full on the bottom bunk, and a twin pull out trundle. The guest bathroom is located off the hall, and has a stand up shower.
The complex is located on the Blue River and there is a pathway for you to walk and enjoy the sounds of the river. The complex also features a large common use hot tub, carport parking for one vehicle, and a ski closet.
