Positive: Nice setup, well-proportioned rooms, big kitchen with a good selection of kitchenware and a lot of kitchen appliances. The flat was toasty-warm upon arrival, which is always nice. The neighbourhood is calm and offers quick access to shops and restaurants. Central London is not too long to reach thanks to the nearby buses and train station.

Negative: There are a lot of small repairs that need to be made for the flat to be really comfy, mainly broken lightsand a mattress that needs changing in the master bedroom
