Fully fenced 3 bedroom holiday home where you can bring your family dog. Only a short stroll to the waves of Moffat Beach, great children's playground, shops, restaurants and cafes. This holiday home is in a perfect location for the budget conscious holiday guest or family simply requiring short-term accommodation.
The property has plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, or spend the day beside the sea. Only a lazy 300m stroll to the pet friendly Moffat Beach.
A large timber outdoor setting and Bbq are both located in the covered entertainment area at the rear of the house, so you can easily watch the kids play in the grassy back yard while the adult prepare the meals. Definitely not know for being pretty, but if you are looking for something close to Moffat Beach at a very affordable price, then this could be ideal.
The house is simply furnished which is great for a fuss free beach shack. Tiled floors throughout, security screened and ceiling fans.
The 3 bedrooms are furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests with the bedding configuration being 2 queen beds and 1 set of single bunks.
With an assortment of local shops, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance, this holiday home is in a perfect location for the budget conscious holiday guest or family requiring short-term accommodation.
Pet Welcome: Conditions apply so please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we become aware of a dog or pet staying without prior approval your bond will be withheld by the owner (see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)

Summary: We knew the house would be basic but when we arrived the floors & cupboards weren’t clean including dead cockroaches on the floor. We had to vacuum & mop the floors plus wipe down cupboards before we felt comfortable there. Regardless of price I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness to any property.
