Positive: Building was lovely. Having outside area was fab.
Negative: Packet of digestives left in bin outside front door when we arrived Saturday, and was still there Monday when we were leaving. Obviously bin not emptied! Had a phone call asking us to pre order food as there was 8 of us eating Saturday night. I called back and did so Thursday Morning! But on Saturday night they couldn't find it!!!! 2 of my guests had to re think as they'd sold out of what theyd Pre ordered.. VERY disappointed, I felt bad because I organised the stay and Pre order. I ordered the sweet treat, got my cake promptly and waited 15 mins for coffee and asked where it was and was told on its way. Waited another 20 mins NO COFFEE. Gave up and just paid. No toilet brush in room.
