This spacious second floor condo on North Fulton Beach Road and Aransas Bay has everything for a fishing vacation or just a relaxing getaway. As a part of the Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club, Guests can enjoy a 750 foot lighted fishing pier, boat ramp, boat slips, swimming pool and a picnic area with a charcoal grill on acres of landscaped grounds. You can also enjoy beautiful bay views from the condo balcony. And don't forget your four legged family member! We are pet friendly as well. Everyone, including Fido can spend time walking around the grounds of the complex and enjoying large old live oak trees and cool coastal breezes. Please keep in mind that if you are a Winter Texan looking for your home away from home, Coastal Charm is the perfect Rockport getaway, and is pet friendly as well!
Every area of this home has fabulous coastal themed décor. The condo has been recently updated with new flooring, new updated kitchen and upgrades in both bathrooms, including non-slip tubs.
LIVING AREAS The living room is bright and sunny with great water views! This particular condo is perfectly situated for starting your day off with a beautiful sunrise, as a matter of fact, the gorgeous photo above the fireplace was actually taken right across the street! There's plenty of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The living room opens up to the balcony, where you will find new, comfortable outdoor seating – perfect for that first cup of coffee, or an evening cocktail.
KITCHEN AND DINING The recently updated kitchen is cute, cozy and fully stocked! Of course you will find all of your major appliances, including a dishwasher, along with everything else that you'll need as you cook up the catch of the day! You can't help but smile when you take in this newly updated kitchen, complete with beach-themed handles and drawer pulls.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The master bedroom has a king size bed and bay views from the large glass sliding door that leads to the balcony. There is an attached full bath that has been recently upgraded with a non-slip tub/ shower combo.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, tropical, vintage furniture and great views of Aransas Bay! Right outside the door to this bedroom is the second full bath, which also offers a non-slip shower/tub combo.
OUTDOOR AREA AND EXTRA AMENITIES
Both the living room and the master bedroom open up to the private balcony. The grounds of Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club offer a swimming pool, picnic area with charcoal grill, fishing pier, boat ramp and boat slips. There is also an available laundry on site for guests. This particular community was ravaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. But the employees, homeowners and homeowner association have all been working extremely hard to return this beautiful community to its pre-storm state. Coming in 2021 we will see updated outdoor lighting, enhanced landscaping and much more. Come on out and enjoy one of Rockport's most charming locations!
You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Austin Street and an evening walking along the water. Sample some of the Gulf Coast's freshest seafood at any of Rockport's finest restaurants.
