- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- Fishing, fireworks, and shooting are strictly prohibited on the property. - During the fall and winter months, power outages are possible. The home is equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer weather-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel at the last minute.
