This 2000 square foot home is a fully furnished Alameda model – open concept floor plan with great room with large sitting area, a separate Den with cable TV and large Master bedroom overlooking the pond. The kitchen has new counter tops and some new appliances.
The Master Bedroom Suite is equipped with a King size bed, adjoining the master bath with His-Hers sinks, a walk in shower, bath tub, and large closet. The other bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, closet, and desk for work. There are lots of windows and sky lights for natural light with light pastel colors. Includes free cable TV and high speed internet with wireless connections with new 40' HDTV with HDMI inputs.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with appliances, utensils, tableware, pots and pans, coffee maker, and more. All linens, towels, and bedding are provided for a move in ready house.
