With all the regulation changes in BC this is a legal house short-term rental in Penticton, BC. We have just opened it after completing an outdoor kitchen. This is truly a Okanagan Paradise. Relax in Private Backyard, Heated Saltwater Pool & 6-person Saltwater Swimspa!! The salt comes from the Dead Sea so very healthy.
Outdoor Okanagan Oasis with private saltwater heated pool, 14 ft saltwater 6-person heated swimspa, a cabana fully equipped with a fridge/Freezer, and an ice maker! Outdoor Kitchen. Better than Mexico! A paradise for hot Okanagan summers in beautiful Penticton BC Canada for you and your family or friends. We have misters around the umbrella so just like Vegas to help keep you cool! Large umbrellas for those who like the shade, which can be positioned on the deck or over the pool.
The house is comfortable, clean, open, new and modern-looking. Perfect for entertaining and has air conditioning. Quartz countertops with an island, and a skylight for natural light in the bathroom too. Two full bathrooms here. We just had the master bathroom remodelled and installed a fabulous new rain shower. The main full bathroom has a tub as well as a shower. 1 adjustable King and 2 Queens in this fabulous Oasis experience.
Enjoy the saltwater swimspa and pool, it will make your skin and hair feel so soft. The salt minerals comes from the Dead Sea. Relax around the fire table after an evening swim or pizza on the BBQ. We have a gas BBQ. Although Penticton's summer months are warm, you have the option of having the main pool to be heated which can be done at an additional cost of $100 per stay which heats it to 84 degrees. We start heating the pool May-Oct. Make your after-dinner special coffees outside with the stove element on the BBQ while under the stars. Three km to the beach, downtown Penticton and local award-winning beautiful Naramata Bench Wineries. A local welcome package awaits you on arrival.
Suppose you love wine and want to explore wineries. In that case, we can also provide you with invaluable local knowledge of the area and tours including our own searchable Wine Pinpointer where you can find local wineries that produce your desired wine variety as an award winner. Also, ask us about ebike tour routes and the chef menu which can be delivered to you after a full day of fun! Relax at the pool and have a chef meal delivered are options. We also can restock food for your stay at an additional cost (saving you from having to shop while you are here). Many times our guests do not even leave the backyard and just relax in its beauty and privacy. Have a romantic chef's meal delivered or do a pizza on the BBQ.
We have floaties for the pool. We have NetFlicks and Prime TV movies for TV. For safety walking kids must know how to swim here as the pool is open, or have life jackets worn outside. We do not have life jackets for kids. We do have some stairs on the property with railings so not Wheelchair accessible. We have good parking at the property and room on the driveway for a boat if needed.
We have a caretaker's separate and private suite on the property we use with a private entrance. We are only in the private fenced backyard to clean the pool. We clean the pool and spa, so you can enjoy a clean pool each day. Being it is an outside pool leaves, etc will fall into it but cleaning the pool in the morning ensures a clean pool all day. We will ask you what time you prefer the pool cleaning not to interfere with your holiday. Smoking is permitted outside. You will love the area's quiet and nice walking trails and safe neighbourhood.
