Positive: Very clean Nice kitchen and common area with plenty to cook, do washing, store food in fridge, make coffee Nice touches such as free coffee and sweets Excellent location next to restaurants, shopping, historical district, party district, etc. Very sensible instructions and help from owner to get key, etc. Owner was friendly, kept in touch and was available if there were issues (there were none!) Would happily live there

Negative: Room was fairly small If you have a car, be aware that you cannot bring it into the local streets, so need to park elsewhere. When they did their clean it appears the bed sheets were not done, which was a pity
