Fully renovated and recently updated and upgraded. Fresh paint in all rooms, all new furniture, mattresses, and linens, as well as many thoughtful “extras” to insure a comfortable, cozy, home -away-from-home experience.
Our unit is a 2-bedroom 2-bath, open floor plan with accommodations to sleep 6 guests.
There’s an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and master bedroom, and unit boasts a 200 sq. foot balcony with dining for 6, the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or catch an afternoon nap.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, full bath with walk-in shower (bench available) and private access to the balcony. The double window has an unobstructed view of the emerald green Gulf and the white sandy beach.
The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the hall bath with a tub-shower combination. There is a door in the hall which can be closed and locked, allowing this room private access to the hall bath, creating a second master suite!
The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, an over-sized 3 door refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, and all the cookware, utensils and dinnerware needed to make feeding your crew all their favorites!
There’s a dining room table to seat 6, and two stools at the breakfast bar as well as the balcony table.
The living room also has a flat screen, smart TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized sleeper love seat, both brand new and thoughtfully upgraded with gel memory foam mattresses! The sliding glass doors offer an ever-changing view and opens to the balcony, one of the largest on the Key.
Along with the 3 TVs there is WIFI, cable, and DVR.
Sandy Key Condominium is a gated community located on the east end of Perdido Key, off the main beach road, eliminating road noise and traffic congestion. One mile to the east is Johnson Beach, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, pristine and undeveloped, it’s a special visit whether you hike along the beach, or cycle through the park.
The complex also offers BBQ grills, 2 pools, one of which is heated off season, a hot tub, elevators, lighted tennis court, a large fitness room and elevated boardwalks to the beach. The complex has 180 units with roughly 1/3 on the rental market, so beach, pools, hot tub and all amenities are uncrowded and peaceful. There is also night security for peace of mind. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping. Perfect for a stress-free vacation.

Sandy Key Quiet Hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Please be respectful of everyone around you. This includes loud noise in common areas, inside units, and on the balconies.
⛺TENTS AND CANOPIES:
Tents and canopies are allowed on the beach. They must be no larger than 10’x10’, and no more than 2 side by side. The tents and canopies must be placed BEHIND the rental chairs. These items must also be removed from the beach at dusk.

This condo furnishes blow dryers and beach towels.
NO SMOKING: SANDY KEY IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
