This condo is located on the 6th floor and overlooks the ocean as well as the bay side of the island with private balconies. There is also an electric BBQ grill on the bay balcony for your use. This beautiful condo is decorated with calm colors for an enjoyable and peaceful setting and has everything you could want for an amazing vacation at the premier property on SPI. The condo has a super comfy king bed in the master with an amazing ocean view and a brand new 70' smart TV. The master bath is spacious with dual vanities and large separate tub and shower. There are two queens in the 2nd bedroom with all new furniture and brand new 65" smart TV, and two bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom with a brand new 55" smart TV and ready-to-go plug-ins for your Xbox or Playstation. The 2nd bath has two sinks within a large vanity for plenty of shared space, and plenty of storage containers to keep toiletries organized. New paint throughout the unit, and new furniture, decor, kitchen items and all linens make your space feel updated, relaxing and comfortable. A new dining bar adds additional seating and beverage station/refrigerator allows you to avoid spending all week putting ice into coolers just to keep beverages cold inside. Additional amenities include use of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. Every TV will allow you to log into your own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. There is also an extensive DVD library inside the unit for movie night. This condo has it all, including beautiful ocean views from the 6th floor, and it's steps to the massive pool and direct beach access.
