Gated private estate home in Encino. This house is in the prestigious Royal Oaks neighborhood of Encino which is in the school district of Lanai Road Elementary and Hesby Oaks middle school. The house is a spacious 2900 square feet with 3 bedroom/3bath with family room.

This is a multi million dollar home valued close to 3 million. Furniture is from places like Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and other custom furniture. outlets Range is Wolfe, Dishwasher is Miele, Washing machine is Samsung, etc.
Fireplace is not functional and can’t be used. Mainly for instagram only.
1)Pool is undergoing maintenance and will NOT be usable until sometime in August.
2) Please carefully read house rules regarding deposits and pet fees
) There is a separate detached ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) on the property that is used for storage that is it usable.
