The main floor offers an open floor plan with a brand new kitchen (with quartz countertops, two sinks, two dishwashers, and breakfast bar with seating for three) a large dining table, and a beautiful living room with a large, custom stone fireplace and the best views of Sunday River around. There is also an enclosed office/TV room with 53 inch flat screen, a laundry room, and a half bath.
The master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and offers a king size, adjustable bed, 30 inch flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bath was renovated in 2018 and includes a large JACUZZI TUB, double sinks and a beautiful stone shower. Another en suite bedroom (queen bed and shower) is located on the first floor.
Downstairs there is:
- a bunk room that sleeps 4
- a bedroom with a queen bed
- a large full bathroom (with a shower)
- a large living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV,
- a ping pong table.
The HOT TUB is located just outside the backdoor and has pretty views of the slopes.
