Less than a mile from Sunset Beach, our “Secret Sand Trap” overlooks the 17th hole of the Maples Course of the Sea Trail Golf Club Resort & Spa. This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting. The Sea Trail Golf Club offers three distinctly different signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. Sunset Beach is an island beach with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy the quiet family atmosphere of Kings Trail Drive or take a short bike ride over the bridge onto the beach. If you’d rather drive, there is free and paid parking available.
Located on the 3rd floor, our spacious, fully furnished condo is 1300 square feet, with a kitchen, living room, screened porch, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Recently remodeled, this condo has new laminate flooring, new HVAC units, new linens, and other soft goods. The Master bedroom features a smart television, king size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom (a lock out unit) has a private entrance, two full size beds, a twin daybed with a rollout trundle bed, sitting area, full bath, small dining table and chairs, wall mounted smart television, and a kitchenette with a small sink, microwave, and refrigerator. For your convenience, both bathrooms have hairdryers, as well as toiletries. The living room has a new sectional couch, and a 55” wall mounted television with fire stick (batteries included). There isn’t an elevator, but no worries, we provide a stair climbing utility cart to aid in transporting items up the stairs.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove-top range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, sandwich griddle, and blender. It is stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets, stock pot, and more. The kitchen table seats six people comfortably. For a more casual dining experience, there is a breakfast bar with three counter height bar stools. Or just relax on the screened in porch, while enjoying a cup of coffee from our stocked coffee bar. The laundry area consists of a washer/dryer combo, iron, ironing board, and supplies.
Because vacation shouldn’t have to be so much work, we hope to make your experience as effortless as possible.
We supply linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Make use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice cooler, beach wagon, a pack-n-play, and a folding portable highchair that can attach to the table. You’ll also find a week’s supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap & softener, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. If you get bored, you’ll find a variety of games for children and adults. And just in case we missed anything, you’ll find a Food Lion and Dollar General within walking distance of the condo. Lowes Foods and Publix are just a ten-minute drive away.
Soft goods are rotated and dry cleaned between uses. Hard surfaces are sanitized, and filters are changed every three months. All cleaning fees goes directly to our crew.
The condo is located within the Sea Trail community, which has a recreational facility available to our guests for an additional daily fee. Fees are payable directly to The Village Activity Center. The Village Activity Center has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as hot tub, sauna, restaurant, tiki-bar, and more.
If you feel like venturing outside our little oasis, it’s just a five-minute drive to Calabash, ten minutes to Ocean Isle, and twenty- minutes to N. Myrtle Beach. Check out the famous Barefoot Landing, the Boardwalk, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Go-Karts, restaurants, and bars. Adults can enjoy Fat Harold’s, Ducks Dive Bar, and Landshark Bar & Grill. If you are feeling adventurous, Shark Park 843 water park offers cable wakeboarding, knee boarding, a floating obstacle course, climbing towers and more. Golfers can select from prime golf courses within ten miles of Sea Trail, such as Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Thistle, Glen Dornoch, Meadowlands, Lion’s Paw, Panther’s Run, Leopard’s Chase, Crow Creek, and Rivers Edge Golf Club.
