Positive: This property has huge potential! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating as of the General Manager who personal speaks with guests to seek feedback. I once saw him working together with a staff member by the pool and when the job was complete he gave him a high five….. leadership in action! The beach is impeccably cleaned daily and it’s a short walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. In the evening it is lit up and a beautiful walk. The live singer at the bar in the evenings is nice. Unfortunately the pool was in the finishing stages of renovation so not completely available. It’s open now and is beautiful! Private snorkeling tours can pick you up right from the beach…. Very nice!
Negative: The breakfast buffet is good but the staff members that work there are not always the happiest. They tend to get a bit irritated after ordering two cafe lattes. Additionally, the food staff is not able to meet dietary needs with menu substitutions…. Easy fix!
