Positive: Location, location, location and the laundry facilities.
Negative: The administrate staff were not often available, not even in the office - one found nobody for the questions. When they are helpful, reluctantly. Except Ahmad, who constantly made an effort to help. I booked a stay for eleven days. Half ways, I thought I might need to extend my stay for a couple of days so I asked them to let me know in time if it was ok. Yes, they lingered. On the very last day I was told to vacate my room, as they already booked it days ago for the next guest. Done, but why shouldn't they let me know earlier?
Summary: A vital young staff not yet fully fledged at all. It makes the residence 15% to 20% overpriced!
