This 4 rooms is planned so that your stay is more pleasant. It is located in a condominium just steps from the sandy beaches. You'll love coming back to our three-bedroom, three-bedroom home after a great day outside.
In a quiet area located 500 m from the beach through the dunes and 2 kms from the pedestrian streets of Saint Jean de Monts, in front of bike paths (several tens of kilometers of bike path that go from Noirmoutier en L'Ile up to 'à la Tranche sur Mer'), 13 km from the center of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie where fishing ports and marinas, markets energize the seaside resort all year round
This housing of 61 m2 completely redone in spring 2019 consists of:
On the ground floor :
a living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, induction hob, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ... and a living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV.
A small veranda
A fully enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
