In a dead end, very quiet DTV-star comfort semi-detached house Stella Maris in south-west facing, just a few meters to the dike. In 65 sqm large holiday property offers access advanced technology equipment. A light-rich, all-open winter garden with heated floors with views and access to the garden, and the sun room, which is to shade automatically, leaves no wish unfulfilled. A Ovre fireplace stove can also cool evenings the comfort, hardly surpass with a good book from our library or at a classical concert on DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has everything your heart desires - ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fine china, and more will leave nothing to be desired. Upstairs are two bedrooms with Tempurmatratzen and increased Duxianabetten class that let you quiet and restful sleep. There is also a spacious shower.
