This is a super clean, quiet and cozy private room with separate entrance and en suite private bathroom, private patio, and no shared spaces. The space is professionally decorated in a fresh boho beach theme palette of grey, white and blue. The bedroom and attached bathroom have just been remodeled, with new paint, new modern luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and in the bathroom, new shaker cabinets with quartz countertops.
PRIVATE BEDROOM
Furnishings and amenities include a comfortable full size bed and a nightstand with three drawers and lamp with a USB port and outlet. The bedroom has a large closet with plenty of space for hanging clothes and shelving for folded clothes. All bed and bath linens are provided. The window coverings are room darkening. The room has a sliding door with a screen to let in plenty of fresh air and sunshine.
PRIVATE BATHROOM
The private bedroom is connected to an en suite large full size bathroom with dual vanity sink, lots of countertop space and good storage space inside the cabinets. The bathroom has a window above the shower for ventilation, an exhaust fan and a ceiling heater you can turn on if you want to warm up the bathroom on a chilly day. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
HOME OFFICE / DESK
For your work or study needs, there is a desk, a desk chair and a comfortable sitting area with a reading lamp.
INTERNET & TV
High speed secure wireless internet is included. There is a flatscreen wall mounted high definition TV with Amazon Fire Stick device for streaming your favorite shows. Echo show also available. Guest will sign in or create their own Amazon account to access streaming on the TV and to use the Echo Show.
PRIVATE PATIO
The space has a private patio that is accessed through a private locking gate, furnished with a bistro table and a market umbrella for shade from the sun. Your stay will include complimentary monthly housekeeping, which includes a complete linen change. The housekeeper will remove and replace your bed and bath linens. You don't have to worry about washing your sheets and towels because we have that included for you.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer is not included, Guest may use a local laundromat or there are full service dry cleaners nearby that offer wash and fold services. Take the hassle out of doing laundry! There are full service wash and fold apps available in the local area that will pick up and deliver your laundry for free. A few of these services are HamperApp, LaundryButler and SuperSuds. There is an iron and ironing board in the room for your use if needed.
COOKING & DINING
There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby for picking up healthy prepared meals, delivery services or eating out. Many delivery services are available such as InstaCart and DoorDash. There is an Albertsons Grocery, Vons Pavilions, Sprouts and a Trader Joe's within close proximity. For local produce and to buy directly from the grower, there is even a local farmers market nearby every Tuesday 9-1. Cooking is not permitted, only use of provided microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, freezer. Use of disposable dish ware only please. Paper goods are provided such as paper plates, bowls, hot and cold cups, utensils.
