Cedar plank finishes and gorgeous, wood-hewn furnishings add rustic charm while stylish design and updated amenities provide all the comforts of home. Spend evenings in the open living area watching shows and movies on the TV or just relaxing around the the wood stove in the adjacent sitting area. A variety of books and classic board games can be found in the upstairs loft if you're looking for some old-school fun. A bedroom and a shared, full bathroom are located on the main floor. Two guest rooms can be found upstairs, including the primary bedroom featuring a private en suite.
Make the most of summer days on the expansive, open deck or spread out in the yard for backyard barbecues courtesy of the gas grill and picnic table. At night, head out for starlight gatherings around the firepit.

Summary: With this property you're reallying paying for the view. You can see the lake with the mountains in the background all covered in snow and watch tons of wild life. Its a very pretty area. We used the cabin for a home base while we enjoyed Schweitzer every day. Worked great. Only 30 min drive with zero traffic. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars from us was because it was a little bit of a challenge to get the house up to temp when we first arrived and we had to deal with several stink bugs. They were quite a nuisance. Besides that, it was a great place to stay and our family really enjoyed it.
