Summary: We loved the Palace for the big space for our group but were disappointed with the management and service to the palace, we didn't receive additional sheets, towels, blankets, silverware, cups etc.. , for our group of 40 until 4 days into our stay and didn't get response to FIX wash machine, hot tub, theater room projector, garbage overflowing, sewer leaking outside smell to sit on porch, swimming pool was so cloudy couldn't see the bottom, air conditioning unit clogged up and many buckets collected Friday night of water in the kitchen and dining room, so we spent hour mopping up water with towels, so not sure we would stay again with you
