Summary: Good location, in the centre of Richmond. Helpful staff, room clean and tidy. No where to sit and relax in reception area. We stayed in a compact double area. Plaster peeling off in the corner of the room and in the shower room. A few cracks in the tiles in the shower cubicle. Shower room far too small. You can hardly move in there
