What our guests love about our listing:

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- There are stairs in the home.
- The home has four unique rooms that are spacious but more like long closets. We have used the space to sleep more people with twin floor mattresses and futons in each closet.
- The homes do not have air conditioning.
- The refrigerators’ ice makers and water are not usable.
- It's in a neighborhood with the occasional barking dog.
Our house comfortably sleeps 23 guests.
-One side has 3 bedrooms - 3 king-sized mattresses, 1 full-sized mattress and 1 twin-sized mattress in the loft and 2 floor mattresses (one in each long closet).
-The other side has 1 king bed, 2 queen size beds, 3 futons, 1 twin air mattress (can be used in a bedroom or hallway) and 1 queen air mattress (can be used in the loft).
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
- This houses are set up nicely and are spacious.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, tea, and coffee. The kitchens come fully loaded with appliances such as a microwaves, fridges, gas stove and dishwasher along with crock pot, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home of your own!
You will have full access to this duplex. It's in an established neighborhood close to downtown.
We will not be on-site. If you need anything please send a message and we will answer as promptly as possible.

Please remember that you are staying in our duplex, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We understand that a cleaning fee isn't always easy to justify for short stays. We do commit to paying our turnover team a living wage. Per our commitment to Airbnb to follow enhanced cleaning procedures, we feel this fee is appropriate and necessary.
Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 are required to pay a $1,000 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
