About this space
Welcome to our Pool House in Whittier! Nestled in the heart of Southern California, our house is a gateway to some of the best theme parks such as Disneyland (~25min), Knott’s Berry Farm (~20 min), Universal Studios (~45 min), and Six Flags (~50 min). Our home guarantees a comfortable stay and an opportunity to create unforgettable memories with friends and family. So pack your bags and get ready for a fantastic SoCal adventure.
The space
This house was our primary residence prior to listing it on here so we have put a lot of love and care into it. It’s a great stay for family/friend fun in the pool, grilling in the patio and games. It’s accommodating for stays year round with AC to keep you cool during the summer months and a heater to keep you warm during the winter.
Your stay will be in a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom in a single floor residence. The largest room towards the back has a King size bed (sleeps 2) with a large mirror, a large dresser, a smart tv, and plenty of closet space. The “blue room” has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), a small bench, decorated with floating shelf’s to hold candles/plants. The 3rd room is a bit smaller so it’s equipped with a full size tempur-pedic bed (sleeps 2), medium sized mirror and direct access to one of the two full bathrooms. We also have a queen size blow up mattress if a couple extra guest would like to join (sleeps 2).
The living room has a smart TV, fireplace that’s turned on with a floor valve, and a direct view into the pool from our large spacious couch (sleeps 2). The dining table seats 6 and also has a view of the pool. You’ll have everything you need to store your food, and work your magic in the kitchen.
Our backyard is completely fenced off so you can have complete privacy with friends and family. You’ll be able to enjoy the patio with a large patio table that also seats 6. A Weber propane grill is yours to use to grill your favorite meats/vegetables.
The house is in a cul de sac so there’s always plenty of parking. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house and stocked for you to use.
