Positive: The swimming pool, crystal beach, kids zone and activities
Negative: The room was not clean, they didn’t clean everyday, the staff people were not nice and didn’t explain about the resort. They didn’t help us to move inside at the arrival and departure with 2 girls and 2 suitcases, because it was not on the work time. The kitchen supplies didn’t work.
