Summary: Basically I reached hotel around 12:30 in the night and my room 608 did not open With the key card - now I had to do up and down for 3 times before person at reception came with me to check the room - room still did not open with her card and than we had to make force entry via the key and lot of push! Now that meant that I can not come out of room and go back in again; they had no other room to offer or no other options like booking to different hotel! Overall I felt like got locked in a room and that's not a great feeling 2nd reason for rating is that room is okay but bed size are very small - you may fall; no conditioner in room Breakfast - I had a little time to do that because I couldn't go early because room door is broken and had to go like last minute and than had to checkout early by 2 hours 30 mins In summary - could not sleep well, could not enjoy breakfast well ; that’s why the rating
