'Sorbet' is a unique and stylish house that offers a relaxing & luxurious home for you to unwind in & enjoy. 'Sorbet' is located in the village of Sway, in the heart of the New Forest, close to the sea, Isle of Wight and the Jurassic Coast. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The attention to detail we've put into every room means you'll feel comfortable & cared for.
'Sorbet' is a 2-bedroom semi-detached house located in the village of Sway, in the heart of the New Forest.
You will immediately recognise the house due to a bright green front door. As you walk through the front door, there is a hallway with hooks for your coats and navy footstool to drop your bag down. From hallway you will walk into the kitchen, which has everything you'll need: 4-ring electric hob, oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave plus toaster and kettle. There’s also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans and cooking utensils. Please note these is no washing machine at the property.
From kitchen you will walk into the is living / dining room, which has a comfortable 4-seater sofa with plenty of cushions. There is a flat screen SMART TV and excellent WiFi, which you are welcome to use. There is also a dining table with space for 4, perfect for enjoying a home cooked brunch or dinner, or to sit down to answer some work emails. In the centre of the room there is mighty Charnwood wood burner and a stack of logs and kindling.
Walking out through the French double doors, there is a private garden with a selection of shrubs and plants, big lawn area, raised decking / patio with sun chairs and a gas BBQ.
Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, excellent quality bedding and towels. There is also storage and hanging space for your belongings. If required, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.
Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom, which comes with shower over bath, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. We also provide shampoo and shower gel, in case you forget to pack it in your suitcase.
The house comes with 2 parking spaces.
Dogs welcome. Please mention at the time of your booking if you are bringing your dog with you, and we will provide some extra towels for those muddy paws. Please note we don't allow dogs on furniture or on beds.
It’s the perfect break all year around; fantastic sunny days in the Summer and fabulous blustery days in the Winter - all with amazing views and great opportunities for healthy exploration. If you are looking for a romantic break or action packed time, then Brockenhurst, Lymington, New Forest & Solent waters are ideal and house will provide a perfect oasis to relax after a busy day. From reading a book, al fresco dinner with a BBQ, or takeaway from a local pub, the property and gardens are perfect getaway.
You will have the whole place to yourselves during your stay. Master Lock Key Safe Box has been fitted so you are welcome to self check-in at any time after 3pm, which minimises the person-to-person contact.
