The Space:
Come up the private driveway to find Highland House, a stately compound in Southampton. The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances which flows into a large open living and dining room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. The main floor also includes three bedrooms and two baths (one en-suite). Off the entry is a half bath and multiple glass doors that lead to the expansive deck, pool and gardens; perfect for entertaining and strolling after dinner.
On the second floor, enter your spacious master bedroom which includes en-suite bathroom with a separate jacuzzi and two-person walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall you will find a full guest bedroom with en-suite bath.
On the lower level, an oversized media and entertainment room completes the experience with theater quality lounging, a billiards table and a fully equipped bar. An additional full bath and sauna allows for further enjoyment.
