Relax in our peaceful spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home in east Boulder county, city of Lafayette, 15 minutes to downtown Boulder. Our clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, 8 miles from downtown Boulder, 35 minutes to DIA, 2 blocks to bus stop. Short walk to a fabulous French bakery, restaurants, cute shops, cafes and groceries. Our spacious family home features a kitchen/great room with sliding doors leading to the deck (with BBQ) and large 1/3 acre yard surrounded by open space. Privacy, quiet and room to roam.
The private main floor primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd story has 3 bedrooms (a king bed, a queen bed, and a full-size bed ) and full bathroom with two sinks, a shower and tub. A dedicated office, separate dining room, living room and laundry room - everything you need to relax and be comfortable while visiting Boulder.
