Spend a relaxing weekend in our casita- a private guesthouse in the grounds of our unique urban castle!
Our home is in the upscale Windsor Hills neighborhood and has gorgeous views of the Santa Monica Bay. The casita is nestled in the back of the property off of a courtyard surrounded by fruit trees. We are located 3 miles from Sofi Stadium, Hollywood Park, and Kia Forum. 5 miles from USC, BMO Stadium, and Crypto Arena. 6 miles from LAX. Near FWY’s, and Metro Line. No Pets. No Smoking.
The space
Our casita is great for a weekend getaway or longer stays. The open floor plan living/dining area provides separate spaces for cooking, eating and relaxing; all spaces have unobstructed views of the 42" television equipped with AppleTV and access to all streaming apps (personal subscription required). The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans/cutlery if you want to make a full meal, a microwave and toaster oven to warm up leftover take-out, and a coffee maker to jumpstart your morning. The casita has high-speed wi-fi if you need to work remotely while you are here. If you decide to take a nap on the futon, get comfortable and let it down into a twin-sized bed.
The large bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized memory foam mattress. There is a large mirrored closet perfect for storing your luggage or making sure you look great when you hit the town. A separate 42" TV is in the bedroom in case you want to relax while watching TV in bed. A pack-n-play or a roll-away single bed are available upon request.
Guest access
Street parking is free and easily available. Please enter through the side gate. You have access to the guesthouse and the driveway that leads to the courtyard and casita. If you are booking a stay of 3+ days, we can arrange for access to the gazebo area and the fruit tree orchard. Fruits are in season year round.

**You will share the courtyard with our family. We will be respectful of your stay.**
IMPORTANT: Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT Guaranteed. Approval based on availability.
NUMBER OF GUESTS. While the space is perfect 1-2 guests, we will accept a maximum of 4 people. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying. Maximum of 4 guests. There will be a minimum $500 fine if more than the registered guests occupy the unit and the host reserves the right to evict all guests if they don't abide by the rules.
CLIMATE CONTROL: The casita generally maintains a pleasant temperature. There is no central air or heat. There are electric fans, electric heaters, and an air conditioner provided for your comfort.
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.
NO PETS: There will be a $500 fine for any pets found on the premises.The host reserves the right to evict all guests if they don't abide by this rule.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.
WI-FI: Hi-speed internet (WiFi) is provided throughout the casita. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards using the internet service to download illegal content from the web. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, downloading and distribution of Copyright material is punishable by up to 5 years in jail and charges of up to $150,000 per file.
MAINTENANCE: Maintenance requests or issues with the unit must be reported directly to the host during your stay, not afterward.
NOTE: Do not ship packages to the listing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may be delivered to the home during your stay. We highly recommend that you use your personal address or a secure delivery locker for any packages or mail you may need to receive during your trip.
