Spacious bright and sunny condo has been freshly painted, all new flooring, with brand new furniture and 3 Smart TVs! There is plenty of room for a family to hang together or to spread-out! Located just off of West Side Road in the heart of Mount Washington Vallley, just minutes from Storyland, Attitash, and Cranmore.
At the end of 2017, the entire kitchen was renovated. Now, the modern well-appointed kitchen touts all new wood cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances, and granite counter-tops! All the modern conveniences that you need to have a restful vacation! The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3 and opens to a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 8. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy living room with cathedral ceilings equipped with a ceiling fan, panoramic views of Mount Washington and deck access. A brand new Environ Westerly gas stove/ fireplace has been installed. It is very cozy and has 3-sided glass. The living room has 48" wall-mounted SMART TV. In addition, the expansive first floor boasts a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath including a full-size tub.
The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and large en-suite with oversized glass shower. The bedroom has more than enough room to accommodate a Pack 'N Play (not included).
The third floor loft is well equipped to accommodate children. The bedroom features 4 twin beds and ample closet space.
The lower level is a walk-out family room with a 55" flat screen TV. There is plenty of room for the kids to play with the toys and game/ mini-pool table! Full size Washer and Dryer are also included.
The condo is perfect for 1 or 2 couples and children. The separate levels with the 2 baths provide plenty of privacy.
The condo is set in a serene private community nestled into the mountainside. Outdoor activities are endless with hiking/ biking trails, canoeing & tubing on the Saco, and plenty of ski and winter sports areas. Diana's Baths and Echo Lake are less than 3 miles away! Attitash, Cranmore, Black and WildCat mountains are just minutes away. Plenty to do for the whole family or just relax on the back deck admiring the mountain views.
