This spacious and attractive three bedroom, two bathroom ocean side home has everything you need for the perfect Cape Cod getaway.
The first floor of this home offers a wonderful open floor plan with vaulted beamed ceilings in the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless appliances, and the living room is spacious with a large sectional and flat screen Smart TV.
There are two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed, and one with a queen bed and a twin bed, with an enclosed porch attached. This floor includes a full bathroom with tub/shower. The second floor has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed and a full bathroom with shower. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower right off the patio.
This house sits on a nice level lot with mature landscaping and a backyard sanctuary. Enjoy an afternoon barbeque on the patio with ample seating and dining area, sit around the fire pit or relax in the hammock surrounded by beautiful flowers and plantings.
Just over a half mile from the popular Rail Trail Bike Trail, 2 miles from Nauset Light Beach (oceanside) or Campground Beach (bayside), and 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (oceanside).
The property is located in the middle of Eastham approximately 5 miles to Orleans Center and 2-3 miles from the Wellfleet Cinemas, Flea Market, Drive-in Theater and Mass Audubon. An easy 30-minute drive brings you to the heart of Provincetown, with restaurants, galleries, shopping, beaches and so much more.
Amenities include: Built-in mini-split air conditioning units, 3 portable fans, high speed wireless internet, Smart TV, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, washer and dryer in the basement, gas grill, outdoor furniture including table and chairs, patio set and umbrella, hammock, enclosed outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

Summary: We had a fantastic experience at this house. Lots of space. 3 bedrooms with, what looked and felt like, new mattresses. Mini split air-conditioning in every room. We slept like babies. I contacted the owner with a question and she got back to me immediately, and was a pleasure to speak to. Great location! We were all, thoroughly, pleased. We would definitely come back.
