No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).

The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.
There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .
