When booking our home keep in mind there are a few cosmetic issues throughout like chipped paint or scratched cabinets. We have a full record of everything and we won't charge any guest unless intentional damage has occurred.
We are located on one of the most congested streets over the weekends due to the most popular bars being within walking distance from our home.

Summary: This place is in prime location to everything on Washington ave, food, drinks etc.We had a great time staying here and we could just walk everywhere. Host is great and quick to respond. We will stay again next time we are all in town!
