Summary: This townhouse has been just what we needed to fill the gap between selling our house and waiting for our new house to be built. Mat communicates with us regularly and responds promptly when we have questions. All of the rooms are spacious and fully furnished and equipped with everything we need, plus nice decorative touches in every room. We love having our own garage. The house is located close to shopping, restaurants and the Interstate, and the greenway is only a short way down the sidewalk. My only caution would be that the rooms are on three floors so it could be a concern for someone who has mobility issues.
