Aptly named “Sunset Point”, we hope you’ll enjoy the spectacular sunset views from one of our two decks, from the outdoor fire pit, or while cooking out on the charcoal grill. Or maybe you’d prefer to relax in the luxurious 6-person hot tub after a day filled with adventure! This cabin is located just up the road from the Nantahala Outdoor Center, which boasts world class white water rafting, zip lines, trout fishing, and mountain bike / hiking trails. Not to mention shopping, dining, and live music!
Above all else at Sunset Point, we are excited for you to experience the peaceful serenity that recharges the body and soul. Surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest, the only lights you will see in your nighttime views are from the stars and the Summertime fireflies. Wake up to a crisp morning with some chill in the air, and you may witness the smokey mountain mist rising up from the Nantahala gorge at the base of your view.
