Super comfy 1926 Brick Bungalow in safe, clean, historic Berkley Neighborhood, just north of Highlands and just west of Downtown Denver. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths (take a soak in the clawfoot tub!), loaded kitchen ready for Chef, multiple living areas including a great backyard. 2 bedrooms on first floor, each with twin beds. 3rd and 4th rooms are on the lower level. 1 comes with sofa sleeper, large smart TV, and numerous board games, the other has a queen size bed and smart TV. All rooms have great mattresses with all new bedding.
Backyard boasts a large garden area where you may pick fresh produce when in season.
Kids will love the trampoline with night time LEDs, large swing set and grassy area. Adults will enjoy the gas plumbed bbq, propane fire table, fully fenced yard and relaxed seating/dining areas with bluetooth speakers.
