Beautiful home on a private 2.0 acre lot at end of dead end road. Interior finished with Ash ceiling, Cherry wood floors and hardwood paneling. Full kitchen including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, stove, oven and center island. Watch the wildlife and stars from the large deck facing a quiet bay on the beautiful Deer Lake. Vaulted ceilings and Tempurpedic king size bed with master BR and bath all on the main floor. Beautiful walk-in shower in the Master Bath. Main floor has 1 large bedroom, full bathroom, Sunroom with a large futon (size of a double bed) and a smaller futon for a child, 1/2 bath, kitchen, great room and laundry room. Also available is a King Koil Queen size air mattress with built in pump for extra sleeping space.
This property rental is for the upper level only of the home. (Approx 2,000 sq ft) The property manager resides in the lower level.
DEER LAKE
At just over 4,000 acres in size, Itasca County’s Deer Lake is one of the state’s most interesting and unique inland waters. The Deer River flows from this lake, but the lake itself has no natural inlets. Water levels are sustained by rainfall, run-off and springs.
And because of the distinct mineral make up of the surrounding rocks and soil, the clear water in Deer Lake has a beautiful turquoise hue that seems to change with the angle and intensity of the sunlight. It’s just one of the reasons shoreline property is sought-after.
Deer Lake has a reputation for producing quality walleyes, smallmouth bass and muskies, which feed primarily on ciscoes and yellow perch, according to state fisheries biologists.
