Generous western facing deck offers expansive views and the best sunsets on Squam Lake. 12 acre property has private tennis/pickle court (w/ tennis backboard and basket ball hoop), a large flat lawn for games and 200 feet of private shoreline (w/ private dock and small beach). Private 18 Foot Aqua Lily Pad (floating foam island water mat) and four kayaks included. Separate ping pong cabin. Maximum people 12.
