Stable House sits on the Clifton Maybank Estate, and after a sensitive restoration, the property has been thoughtfully styled and furnished with space, light and comfort foremost. With its well-appointed first floor dining kitchen, and bright double aspect sitting room with 55 inch Smart television and a wood burning stove, the sociable spaces are ideal for gathering friends and family together. Great care has been taken to combine modern styling with original and traditional features throughout, with each room having generous and impressive proportions.
The large master bedroom suite with a super-king size bed, sitting and dressing areas, and en-suite bathroom also sits on the first floor with wonderful views across the property. The two remaining bedrooms, both also with super-king size beds are located side by side on the ground floor, each having their own attractive shower rooms with high pressure rainfall showers. A large hallway and a utility/boot room completes the ground floor of this substantial holiday home.
Outside, an open lawned area to the rear of the property allows guests to sit at a picnic bench next to the tennis court to enjoy alfresco dining, and guests have the opportunity to explore the surrounding grounds with walks across the fields to the nearby river.
