Summary: Location was ok. Floor needed mopping(bottom of feet were black) train track directly behind property. Pool was green and closed. Parking was usually in garage and we had to walk down stairs to get to property. It as close to riverwalk a area as i thought and battery in nest died on last day and we had no ac on our last night. Water pressure was horrible and sofa is not comfy. Could hear footsteps from apt. above and could hear the gate slam, motorcycles running at night. Lots of light shines thru the bedroom window at night as well. No dresser in bedroom so had to live out of suitcase.
