Positive: The location is very close to many restaurants and cafes and has a bohemian feel to it. So does the apartment with artistic notes everywhere and a creative take. What we liked with this apartment is that not all is perfect yet you have a comfortable stay and we felt relaxed staying and working from there. The area is on the bohemian side. It is lively and has lots of ethnic places for food and cafes just around your door. The area is safe enough especially if you stay on the busy streets in the evening but you do have to be aware not to go to the more quite parts late and avoid stepping over the 11th towards the 19th.
Negative: The hot water stops late in the evening and there is a lot of single glass windows that bring in cold (Host blasts the heating so it is overall ok)
